Each session is unique, supporting you to embody your optimal expression emotionally, mentally, spiritually, physically and biochemically.
These sessions support you to physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually align with the present moment, creating a safe space for historical patterns to be discovered and transformed, and new ways of being to emerge. Sessions may include; Neuro Emotional Technique, Network Spinal Analysis, Kinesiology, Psych-K, SomatoRespiratory Integration, wellness education, mindfulness practices, emotional/belief/limbic system re-patterning, somatic awareness practices and self-presencing. Systemic re-organization may also supported through the use of tuning forks and singing bowls. Sessions may be seated or on the table.
These sessions support you to physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually align with the present moment, creating a safe space for historical patterns to heal and new ways of being to emerge. We may specifically utilize Neuro Emotional Technique and PSYCH-K to address thoughts, beliefs, traumas and toxins that keep the nervous system anchored in outdated, painful patterns. Phone sessions may additionally include somatic presencing and awareness practices, emotional and belief system re-patterning, energy work, wellness coaching and creating self-care plans. Zoom or Facetime is available upon request.
Exchange: Initial visit $250 (1.5 hrs)
Follow up well~being visits $150-$225 sliding scale (1 hr)
A special note for BIPOC clients
I offer a sliding scale of $125-250 for the initial visit and $100-225 for follow up visits, with the intention to in some small way support reconciliation in the wake of a patriarchal system that has perpetuated racialized disparities in income and access to resources including health care. Please indicate at the bottom of the scheduling form or when you contact me if you would like to use this sliding scale.
